Blake Machan

Blake Machan is a former multi-sport athlete who played football for the University of Calgary Dinos and the Calgary Stampeders. He has travelled internationally in the name of sport and has coached various youth activities over the last 20 years. Now a father of two beautiful girls, Blake makes his home in Olds and works for ConocoPhillips in Calgary. His sport experiences, layered with the challenges he has faced with anxiety, provided the foundation for the Thrive Sport Project. The mission of Thrive Sport Project is to positively impact communities while redefining the status quo in youth sport.

Keith Reade

Keith Reade is from Donnelly, Alberta and currently resides in Calgary working for TC Energy. Hockey is a strong passion of his where he won a national championship with the Humboldt Broncos. He’s excited to have joined the leadership group for the golf tournament where our focus is helping these charities.

Jon Armbruster

Jon Armbruster currently lives in Calgary and has had the opportunity to live in Three Hills for a number of years. Coaching hockey and being a part of the hockey business, as a player representative, has opened doors and created opportunities to meet many families and build trust. Friendships are important. Jon has worked for many years within the oil and gas service area. Community involvement is very important for every successful company. It’s true that value-filled purpose-driven conversations, with a listening ear, can create solutions.
